• • Attend tender briefing with provider to understand commercial requirements.
• • Re-interpret commercial terms and conditions as well as obligations related to the tender process and contracts concluded.
• • Complete the tender documentation for on-time and commercially complete submission of tender.
• • Manage the entire tender process from such time of participation until such time as has been concluded.
• • Manage contract until fulfillment of requirements as agreed upon.
